St. Mary School is a “Nut Free Zone” - not just peanuts, but all nuts. Children who are allergic to nuts face a tremendous risk from even the smallest taste. The consequences are life threatening in many cases and require medical intervention. This medical condition is called anaphylaxis. We want to do all we can to make sure that our children are not faced with these problems. We encourage all parents to send foods to school that are free from nuts or nut products.
